In my research into learning new languages, a suggestion that comes up repeatedly is to watch, listen to and read material in your target language that you enjoy in your first language.
For example, I watched a TED talk where a woman learned Spanish by reading Harry Potter (One of her favourite childhood books) in Spanish. She learned German by watching the TV series "Friends" in German.
But I'm having trouble finding material that I enjoy that has been translated into Persian.

This is exactly the type of thing I need.
Does anyone know where I can find English Films & TV Shows that have been dubbed into Persian?

I had the same problem in the languages I studied until I started searching in the target language instead of in English. Try that. you can use these keywords:
دانلود سریال ؟؟؟ به زبان فارسی
دانلود فیلم ؟؟؟ به زبان فارسی
دانلود انیمیشن ؟؟؟ به زبان فارسی
in place of ??? put the movie name in English.
in the websites look for one of these options : "دانلود" و"ادامه مطلب و دانلود"
and they usually offer the movie in English and Persian, so Don't download the one saying "زبان اصلی" try downloading "دوبله فارسی".
most of these websites are free.
