Could you help with some phrases in Portuguese?

I've written a few phrases in Portuguese but doubt whether they are correct or not. I'd be grateful to get some comments.

Hello - Ola
How are you? Como esta? or Como vai?
Qual é o seu nome? - What is your name?
o que você pode fazer? - What can you do?

I think all the sentences are correct. Just a few mistakes in the accentuation ("está" instead "esta" and "Olá" instead "Ola").

All the phrases are correct. I would just point that in the second phrase "how are you?" you chose to form the sentence without a personal pronoum, or "pronome pessoal"  in portuguese. You could add that with just using você at the end of the sentence like: "como vai você?" e "como está você?", it will surely bring a hint of a personal treatment.

Olá, Anastasia!

All the sentences are correct. Some comments about it:

You can say "olá" (with accent) or "oi"

Como está? - You need to put the accent, because that word without accent means 'this' (esta) and the pronunciation is different with or without accent.

It's just a litlle thing, but I think it's important to say, so now you know that there are two very similar words.
