@Vinay - Your basic choices are to hire a teacher, exchange time with an English speaker who wants to practice Hindi, or practice with another English learner.  Good luck.

Did you only contact native English speakers or also fellow learners? Scroll through the forum. There are many fellow learners who are looking for someone to practice English with. Don't expect wonders though. You won't reach fluency within a month and language partners aren't teachers.

A key thing to understand is that there are far more people trying to learn English here than there are English speakers looking for partners for your (or any) specific language. 

Besides that, many accounts are actually inactive or have notifications turned off.  Others are too busy or don't want to make a commitment.

You have to find a way to deal with this reality and still get something useful from italki.  The others commenting have some good suggestions and you will find more if you regularly read through the Community section.

Did you send a message that was not just hi or the standard template by italki? Also, not THAT many people want to learn Hindi, so just wait a bit, i would say.
