Youtubers likely pay for sessions with tutors. When you pay for a lesson, even if it is not a real lesson but just a conversation, you have it the time you want to have it.  You don't need confidence and trust or other things that lets you not worry about whether you're interesting or not or if the other side is tired or not and so on. Also you don't need to speak your language in exchnage.

Youtubers are like sportsmen.
The other option is having a list of friends whom you can ask if they are available for an instant conversation right now.

On the other hand, you're not a youtuber. Maybe you're just searching for Spanish/Japanese/Korean speaking freinds rather than for as much practice as possible. Then I think, it is important which kind of people you find here! And it depends on the way you interact with them. I'm not sure if general recommendations are possible;/ 

Thanks for the advise Drasvi. I'm also still learning the features in italki right now. You're right, I'll most likely look for people who can speak the languages that I want to learn and just....hold my breath and hit the add as friend button. 😂
