Just try to wake up at 7:00, when you have to go to a university or a job at 7:10. You will be full of energy to prepare yourself as fast as you can.

i will be honest

sometimes i feel love to wake up and go to work. But sometimes i just don wanna leave my bed

In the morning, i think about these things to get me motivated throughout my day

what am i happy about in my life? or what could i be happy about if i wanted to?

what i am excited about in my life?

what i am grateful for in my life

what i am proud of in my life?

what i am committed to in my life?

what i am enjoying most in my life?

these are the things i learned from tony robbins

Sometimes I do simple morning workout, eat my breakfast and looking up my garden at 05:30 AM in the porch or balcony while breathing in (because the morning air is still really fresh).

I wake up early in the morning and go my garden to have 10-15 of morning sunshine in order for me to stay healthy. I cook breakfast after having morning sunshine
