videos with subtitles or without it
I have been learning english since 9 month ego but I still have some problems to understand when I listen to the native speakers so I became watch the vidios with subtitle to my official language but some beople edvice me to let that and watch the videos without subtitle
my question is:
Which is more benefit for me to watch videos with subtitle or without it?

When I practice Spanish, I turn the sound off and watch the first half of the show with Spanish subtitles. Then, I turn the subtitles off and I start again from the beginning. The second time, I know the story (enough) to understand most of the spoken Spanish. If I don't understand, then I back up a minute or so and listen again. If I still don't understand, then I turn the subtitles on. Usually, I can watch the second half of the show without subtitles.

Don't use substitles in your native language, use English subtitles instead for as long as you need until you notice you don't need them anymore.
