Muhammad, currently, you don't allow other users to send you private messages. Change your contact permissions in your privacy settings from "friends only" to "anyone". This way others can contact you. Also, I noticed that you answered to two ancient posts. One from 2017 and one from 2015. The user who posted in 2015 hasn't logged in ever since.
