I think I'm right to say that we all seek for love, and we do that every day. And by Love, I want to mean, every kind of love. Love from our Mother, Father, family in general, friends and even love from the material things, it doesn't matter, by the end of the day, we desperately want to have found love. However, there's a way to improve this seeking for love, a simple trick that I've discovered by myself, and one that I'll teach you right now!

I have a little brother, his name is Miguel (Michael) and he is two years old. He is such a smart boy, so lovely! He always learns a lot of things, every day is a discovery. One of these days, when I get back from work, he was at our house door waiting for me with a toy. When I kneel to his height to play with him I got a surprise, instead of giving me the toy, he gave me a kiss on my cheeks and a lovely hug. This great surprise gave me an idea.

From the next day on I've started to repeat this same act every day when I get back home, and also when we wake up in the morning. We started this two months ago! Happens that some days when I get back, I start to pretend that I had forgotten our "ritual" but he always goes behind me, because this daily dose of love is good to him too.

My challenge for you is to make your own routine. Doesn't matter if you start with your Fathers or even your neighbor, just do it! It will definitely change your life!
