QM, a discussion can be anything until and unless it turned into a argument. Discussing the psychological topics may be great at learning languages as well as to know others' perspectives.

I agree although some people have taken it a bit too far. But to be honest, I'm not objecting since without them the discussion section might be lifeless. But that is still a low possibility as some members' discussions, such as yours, are very lively and energetic.

I have intended in my saying the discussion topics in any language. As for "language learning", I meant the learning articles, (they are discussions about the articles which are written in the Articles section), shedding light on some mistakes learners make, offering some helpful tips and methods for learning languages, and so on.
