In based my experience about a year ago that I stared to learning language especially  English I found that the best way and method for learning fast and effect is do listening to that Lagrange a lot beside that you can use a lot of book to read but not text book use a novels that you interested about it. Use it this method for a long long time and after a while you can see it.

For me personally, I try to speak the language as much as I can everyday.

Find friends who also speak English, and just talk to them everyday without thinking about grammar.

But sometimes I watch Youtube to fix my grammar.
