What do you think about Ramadan? Types of helping each other, religious fasting, social ethics and patience... In my opinion We shouldn't judge people who drink water or eat food in Ramadan. It is about Islam. That means except for Muslims  everyone can drink water and eat their foods. If they drink or eat.  It won't be rudeness. Because it is our choice.  We prefer to stay as Hungry and Thirsty. If we feel thirst and hunger. We understand very poor people who can't eat whatever they want to eat. Then we start to think about helping them...

I think lashing people for eating or drinking water in Ramadan is too harsh. I was always scared when I was having lunch at work

Good question because the un Muslims people will not feel the same feelings that we can go through. It is tough thing they imagine that and they could not realize how important this month to our health and heart

During Ramadan, you cannot eat from sunrise to sunset. But how will you abide by this Ramadan, if you will live in the north, for example in Stockholm, Anchorage, St. Petersburg, where there are polar days or white nights when the sun does not go away at all? What does your Prophet say about this?

Fast is nothing except a comprehensive emptiness for filling from an absolute purity! Actually I don't pay attention to the religious part and  the reward is given when everyone do it or something like this. In fact when we fast, we will free from body worship so we are more closer to  creator of universe.
