I am a Russian native speaker and I am learning English. I currently use some services for collecting, learning and repeating new words, but all the services give me an opportunity to do this by providing only Russian-English or English-Russian translation. I am looking for a service (site, mobile app) that offers only En <-> En translation. I repeat I want to find a service that allows not only to see a translation of a word or a phrase but to collect, learn and repeat words.

Have you tried www.memrise.com ? Or Anki?
Regarding memrise - you can use decks.memrise.com to create your own word lists instead of the pre-generated lists that memrise offers. That's what I do.

Yes, I'v tried the service and even have completed all the courses they offer for russian speakers (the pre-generated lists)
decks.memrise.com - If I am not mistaken, they still don't have a mobile app, do they? I don't still undetstand the changes in their services. Why did they change the design of the site and mobile app? Why did they move the services for creation courses to different site?
