Teachers in the classroom Hi everybody! Do you teach in the classroom besides online teaching? Do you have bad-behaved students? What do you do for the classroom management?

I have difficult students in my classroom. Every time I have to invent ways to deal with their distraction. For me personally, the main point is to understand why they misbehave. Sometimes it may be really illogical. For example, one of my 10-year-old students was always disgruntled and grumbled about homework. I asked her why she had been doing so. She told she was in love with her guitar teacher. 🤷‍♀️

Hey! I do. I think the way you deal with it will depend on the age of the students. I teach different levels, but what works for primary students is assigning a group leader who is in charge of "management" of the group and also sitting them with different students every single class. It also works when I give them activities which foster group work to achieve a specific task, like finding the right answers to questions and checking what other classmates are doing and stuff like that.
