Move to an English speaking country!

 

To be able to speak in English fluently, you need to read a lot of articles written in English. You could read English newspapers, magazines and pay close attention to how they construct sentences. Then try to incorporate that in your daily communication. Also, be sure to study the dictionary once in a while. This sounds boring but it helps massively. Try learning at-least one new word everyday. Keep watching English movies with subtitles, its a boon! :) keep working hard patiently. You will soon see yourself speaking the way you desire to. Buy ' Word Power Made Easy ' by Norman Lewis for additional help. Its a very detailed yet easy book. Good luck.

First say, "What is the best way to become fluent in English?" The best way is to speak, hear and actually "live" English. By "Live" English I mean, be surrounded by native English speakers, having fun and doing everything, "In English".
