Do you prefer black ot green tea? Scented or natural? When do you have a cup of tea? Do you drink it hot, warm or cold? Do you add sugar, milk, lemon or other?
I prefer warm green tea, lemon scented.
I have tasted different teas and some of them are too strong (gunpowder) or too herbaceous for me, but I think it's a habit to appreciate them or not. It worth drink tea for it's antioxidant properties.
I add nothing. I have sometimes a cup of tea for breakfast and everytime I can at 'tea time'. I like drinking tea, it's relaxing and helps concentrating. I hate reheated tea.

I prefer black, hot Turkish tea:) its color with water turns red. Its serve also important. Turkish tea should drink with special cup. It is not very big, thin glass and its shape like hourglass. You can add lemon. It depens your preference..

I like hot black tea with a little sugar or milk, and sometimes just by itself. I like green tea a lot too, but I'm not a big fan of herbal teas, they are too weak. My guilty pleasure is iced sweet tea- I live in the South (of america) and everyone drinks really sweet ice tea, but no one drinks it anywhere else.

Don't reboil your water that will give you cancer...dump it and boil new water.
