Today, I face this problem. I wanted to answer a message from a friend so after writing my message I made a click one send . Now the problem started, the my message keep send it self without stopping and just in few second it send it self 63 times. At least, this is what I count. I couldn't stop it so I exited italki to stop this mess. My poor friend :(
Do you face such kind of problems?

@Devin: open the messages of this person and make a click on "show more" keep making click on this button until you could see the message. It is hidden somewhere.
I've got an incoming message that won't leave the "notification" area. When I look at all the messages from this person, this one particular message isn't there. It can still read it in the notification area though, and I now have a perpetual red circle with a white "1" in it now.
@aakash malviya : I face the same thing before a year. I tried to fix it by messaging italki but it didn't work so I deactivated my old account and I started a new one.

To answer your question facing problems in the message system of Italki, yes, but that’s only 2 to 3 times it repeats, while I’d clicked the send button only once.
The button of send just gets stuck, for I have tried various amateurish methods to avoid unnecessary repeats. For instance: I would click the send button and immediately the refresh command (F5) afterwards. But it didn’t sort out any effect. Mostly when I’d write a long message with approximately 10 to 15 lines this occurs regularly, little text messages however is not a problem. I don’t know if this has something to do with it, but I like to associate all feature things till I find out what’s up.
Sometimes the live mobility of the downloading page, stops the uploading process for another server, and if you’d clicked to fast to another new page, the commands gets jammed. Supposedly you have too many tabs and bars or programs open, that have live streaming and doesn’t need refreshing. But that’s just a thought.
I think Italki’s process isn’t fully updated, to the new browser update or the other way around (vice versa).
Yes, I have ran into several similar situations too. Sometimes, I cannot read someone's messages for unknown reasons; sometimes, I found someone's page is always not found, while as a matter of fact,others can open it. Maybe the italki system is not perfect yet, and still need some improvements.
