Franky there is a lack of native English speakers. Everybody wants to learn English. So I would suggest if your level of English is not very high, to talk to an advanced speaker. Many people in Europe, especially in the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, the north-west part of Europe, speak English on a daily basis, and are almost fluent in it.

I must say however, I myself, I am not really interested...since, I with a touch of arrogance, I say that my English is good enough and does not need any improvement. So I am not really studying it.
