Why I'm learning japanese

I'm learning japanese because I have been interested in the Japanese language and culture for a very long time and it's now I have decided to take the plunge and learn. I also hope to be able to visit japan one day and really experience the culture and lifestyle first hand :)

Any advice for me in terms of learning the language? As im a beginner

i watch a lot of anime and some Japanese programmes and from there I started loving the language. It sounds so nice :) so also love their music. As for the clothes, they are very cute, and that is what makes me want to visit Japan to experience all that first hand. But not only that, i'd like to experience the traditional aspects of it as well.

I like Japan and japanese culture too. Last few years I saw a lot of movies with subtitles and I really like this language. I would like to visit Japan in 1 or 2 years and try to get some work there. Also I like asian look, they are so cute (*.*)

japanese kanji was taken from chinese hanzi, i'm learning chinese mandarin at the moment, even though all ive spent my life watching is anime and japanese movies and dramas, but at least when i'm done with learning the characters i'll know how to write kanji too.

Yes Hang, I've heard that in terms of language, Chinese and japanese is very similar.  I've also heard that kanji are literally like Chinese characters, is this true?

Also thank you for the support :)
