meanly "como" you could use it for say caracteristics about something or someone:

ella es como la maestra de español---> /she's like the spanish's teacher, means that "the girl" has a personality like a teacher/

and "que"you could use it for ask about something or person, as well you could use it for ask about a specif means about something, but that depends of the context.

1. Pronombre relativo:

2. Conjunción:

"Ella es más rápida que yo"

Pero cuando usas -qué- con tilde (´), o acento como se le conoce en España, te refieres a:

 1. Pronombre interrogativo

2. Pronombre exclamativo

Finalmente es importante que tengas en cuenta que en español SIEMPRE se deben usar los dos signos de interrogación y admiración (o exclamación): ¿? -  ¡!
