when you can use at and in when you talking with a someone

Use at to say something is located at a particular/specific place or time.  For example, Meet me at school.  Meet me at 10am.

 

Us in to to say you are inside something (either physically or a timeframe.)  For example, I am in the hospital.  Meet me in one hour.

 

I is confusing and you can often use at and in interchangeably.  For example, "I am at school" or "I am in school" are both correct.
