Yes, sometimes it doesn't work properly!

Maurizio, apparently the italki world is not fair :) nor even gods above (i.e. italki tech support) could hear our prayers. At least, when you suspect there's a problem, feel free to send a message to me (or some one else) to check if the problem concerns only your account - I'll respond if I'm online.

Italki works great for me.

It drives me nuts!

I have to tell everyone that I will never just not respond and I made a separate email account for italki friends. 

It takes many days to send a message with link. I tried not to send any link because I am afraid that my friend think I ignored them. Anyway, I face the same problems before a year. I couldn't send any messages so I send many requests to italki to fix it. I didn't work though . Therefore, I deactivated my old account and started a new one. Problem soved
