I also think you're right not to understand #3 -- I think it's missing a word ("does") and should be:

"My sisters always call me on the weekend" is correct. The second one isn't <em>technically</em> gramatically incorrect (other than the fact that the "m" in "my" shouldn't be capitalized), but it's quite awkward -- the first one is better.

I think that in the first sentence is the letter b and a second sentences is the letter b too, but I'm not entirely sure, and the number 3 I don't have idea
