Quelle est la meilleure façon de recommencer mes études de la français après une longue pause?

I studied French in college and even did a term abroad in France, but it's been 10 years since I've put my French to use, and I'd like to dust it off again. I had reached B2 level fluency at my peak, and I can still read a good deal of French without difficulty, but writing French is now taxing for me and my speech is halting to the point of being unuseable.

What would be the best way for me to get back into my French studies? What a beginner's book and cd set be a waste of time, or a nice refresher? Are there courses targeted at people like me? Or should I just try to find language partners and jog my memory by putting it to use?

Any advice is greatly welcome. Merci bien :)

hi.. for me the best way to renew with a language is to practise it by for example chatting with smebody because i guess starting everything over would be boring :) or you could just try a french book, but it replace a conversation. hope i've helped :)
