Q1:As a foreigner, Do you think it is a necessity to learn Chinese in China?

It is not exactly a necessity, because there are many ways to get around the verbal communcation problem using chinese dictionaries or mobile devices. However, it is better to learn the language to be able to communicate better and to make sure to be understood more clearer.

How are your friends think about this issue as well.

They probably agree.
Q2:Once you want to learn Chinese, how do you do on it,How much do you want to pay in Chinese Learning per hour? how is your toal budget?

The best way to learn Chinese is to live in China and live and breath the culture. Making friends in China and helping one another with a second language is a good way to learn. Paying is not needed. Life is not all about making money.
Q3: What level do u want to achieve in your Chinese?

I would like to be fluent in Mandarin. It is a cool language and it is very important to know because it is the most spoken language in the world.
