The most accurate personality test I’ve ever taken would be the MBTI personality test, according to the test my personality type is ENTJ, each letter represents a unique characteristic change one letter and you’ll get an entirely different personality type, there are 16 different personalities in total.

 It all depends upon the intelligence of the person  taking the test.

    Very clever people know about the answers that certain  questions lead to.

It is entirely possible to anticipate the conclusions that are derived from certain kinds of questions.

  Of course,  when you manipulate the data that way, you  don't get the benefit of the personality inventory, but some of the psychometrists aren't so clever to begin with.

My MBTI test shows that I'm a ISFP ;)
