I can totally understand what you mean. Spanish is an absolute mess I mean in English you have inflections and are so easy to learn but in my language are too many rules for verbs.

The most difficult part of spanish for me is VERBS.  How to conjugate and when to use the different tenses/moods.  

When I need to use a verb, sometimes, I have to think about what time aspect I need: past, present,future.  If past, do I use preterite or imperfect.  Then, I need to decide if it is an irregular verb. I may need to choose between formal and informal verb forms.

Until I have had enough practice, there will be a bit of hesitation as I work out in my mind how to conjugate a verb.

What do you mean by "doble referencia"?

Most people use their language without knowing the parts of speech.

I discovered a podcast Effortless English which principles can be transalted to others contexts (e.g. learning Spanish) Their principles are easy and powerful, try not to focus on grammar too much.

Well, I've studied Spanish for about a decade and I still have issues with the double pronoun thing. The tenses take a while to get used to but once you stop feeling overwhelmed, it's a cinch. But la doble referencia...todavia me da confusa.

Thanks Spagnola, just like in English you have tenses.

Some events are over (in the past)

Some are currently happening (present or present progressive)

Some are in the future (several ways of future)

Try not to focus too much on grammar as you will end up with a brain meltdown, I know there are so many rules and make you're learnig natural by listening to authentic audios such as news, podcasts, etc.
