so  i have a promble"the lanuage", my  english is poor .when i saw  a foreigner stand front of me,i relay want to say hello to them , want to chat with them ,but i am afraid  that they cant understand  me ,because i cant speak english very well.so  i want somebody can help me ,help me improve  my  speak leve ,thank you
