Cuando comemos en familia me gusta hacer esta oración:

"Señor, bendícenos, bendice estos alimentos, te damos gracias por ellos y te pedimos que des de comer a los que no tienen, por Jesucristo Nuestro Señor. Amén"

Es lindo saber que todavía hay personas que agradecen algo tan simple y tan fundamental para la vida como son los alimentos.

I'm Christian but I never said a prayer before meals. Here in Italy it is an old-fashioned custom.
