When I was just graduated, some years ago, I made an internship in customer service too. I was in a fashion company where I had to deal with customers from all over the world (buyers and sales agents). I was at a loss when one of them spoke in English mixed with their language, so there wasn't English but rather a sort of new born language they only could understand!

When you are doing to interview your prospected boss, I think the most critical thing for Tet is rehearsal before your interviewing something like "How do you know our recruitment ?" "What do you think of your future work here?" and such. With an expection of all those question you would probably be asked, keep smileand orthodox is quite important since you are not answering to a position in Disney Land. Keeping responsible for your perspective work is necessary.  

@allen, Won't the interview be in Vietnamese? Good luck on your interview. Maybe it happened already. I worked in a furniture store, but I did not do customer service. But I learned about good customer service. One important skills is 'problem solving'. This means that sometimes, things don't go perfectly, and you have to work quickly and creatively to ensure that the customer is treated fairly and leaves smiling. Good luck!

Are you going to interview in English or Mandarin?

Suppose you are going to meet your superintendent in Mandarin, then I would suggest you keep sincere and low profile to your interviewers. Just use your intuition to deal with possible questions from your interviewers.

Alternatively, You may meet a person or few people who speak English, then I figure you may practice your English as much as possible during several days before your interview.
