I raised a discussion days ago with the title  <em>do British really prefer other name rooted from their own country?</em> (http://www.italki.com/discussion/76814)

But when I clicked this URL, it was not affordable.

Yesterday I changed to Windows Internet Explorer and tried again. It was fine.

Today I still use Windows Internet Explorer to open it, but buttons/clicks/URL there can't be opened.

When it was not opened, it was written "italki is currently down for maintenance". I left a note in the microblog of italki, official one. The reply was --"italki is upgrading for some new functions" in Chinese.
