Please help me correct the email below. Thank you! Dear Mr. White, I’m writing to complain about the loud noise from my next-door neighbors’ house. My main complaint is that my neighbors usually sing karaoke at full volume or play loud music during bedtime. I have talked to my neighbors about that twice and asked them to turn the volume down but it seems nothing has changed since the last time I talked to them. This is a problem for a number of reasons. First of all, I need to sleep so that I can go to work the next morning. Keeping awake all night makes me exhausted and feel sick the next morning. Secondly, my children need to study for their exams. It’s hard for them to focus on studying when people next door keep singing and playing music loudly all night. Finally, lack of sleep for a long time has affected my family’s health. We can’t work or study effectively when we don’t have enough sleep. I would like to offer you two solutions for this problem. First of all, I think you should send him a letter to ask him to stop playing loud music at night or else he would get a big fine. I also think you need to make a law that loud music is not allowed at night from 7pm to 7am the next day. I’m looking forward to hearing from you.

First of all, I think you should send him (them?) a letter to ask him (them) to stop playing loud music at night or else they will get a significant fine. I also think you need to pass a law that loud music is not allowed at night from 7pm to 7am the next day. I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
This is very good, almost perfect. I guess task 1 general IELTS? Without seeing the question, I assume you have answered all the points. Who is the letter to? Are they people who can change the law? The only change to structure would be to put your first, secondly, finally sentences into one paragraph. This will then contain all the details of your complaints. Great stuff, well done. A very high score.
