In my opinion, when someone pays for university, it is possible to put extra effort in studying, because it is paid.

Great first draft. I agree with your sentiment, but I wish there was more equality of opportunity for 'free' high quality education. Naturally 'free' implies it's sponsored by tax, charity or corporate promotion but hopefully not compromised. Research the education system in Finland to learn about the best free system in the world.
