I usually meditate. I stay away from any light (including the one from my cellphone) and try to concentrate only in my breathing for half an hour. It helps in detaching myself from anything that could be worrying me, and after that I feel much more relieved.

I have epilepsy. I agree on avoiding light, like my phone. I walk for miles daily. This feels like meditation to me, because it relaxes my mind, and keeps me very healthy. I walk around the countryside away from people, surrounded by nature.

I usually meditate. I stay away from any kind of light (including the one from my cellphone) and try to concentrate only on my breathing for half an hour. It helps me to detach myself from anything that could get me worried, and after that I feel much more relieved.
