I love to eat hotpot dishes. It is very popular in my country, Viet Nam. This dish is very easy to prepare and cook. We eat them in the party, in the birthday.... with drinking a lot of wine. In this dish, we eat so much vegetables, pork, beef and mushroom... In winter month, we add this dish a lot of chillies to make it very hot. Now, when our life is becoming more modern, we don't prepare dishes at home. We often order them to restaurants where cooks will cook and then they ship to my house. This dish is very dilicious but I still remember old hotpot before.
