I've been working as a customer service representative at a call center since last year. Due to covid, I'm working from home. What I love the most about my job is that I have the opportunity to speak with native English speakers.
I added this second correction because I realized that it will probably be better if you can see the corrections included in the full paragraph.

When I listened to the recording, the only part that was difficult for me to understand was "speak with native." The word native should be pronounced like "NAY-tiv." (You can listen to this dictionary audio clip of the pronunciation: https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/pronunciation/english/native ) The first sentence needs a different verb conjugation: "I'm working" should be changed to "I've been working." (If "since last year" were not part of the sentence, then the sentence would have been 100% fine starting with "I'm working...") "working AT a call center" will sound more natural. Overall, it was easy for me to understand your audio recording -- even though you were speaking fairly quickly. So that's a huge positive!
