Hello Samed , In this case you need some lessons either by engaging a tutor or online lessons where you hear the words pronounced slowly in syllables and you would be repeating after again and again until you get used to the sound of the word .A real tutor can help to correct you until you pronounce right . Lots of listening to the language through music ,movies etc and trying to speak it with natives to hear them speaking , all that can help your ear get used to the sound and tones of the language . good luck :)
