what is full form of "She'd had this problem," I have come across the sentence below and I am confused is "she would had" or "she had had"? Complete sentence is below: She’d had this problem, local anaesthetic resistance.

It is short for 'she had had this problem'- which is the pluperfect tense. When you look at contractions look at the last letter: 'd means short for 'had', and 've means short for 'have'. (She would had does not make sense)
