I'll say simply this: Most students fail to give themselves enough time to prepare properly for the IELTS. If you want to get a good score then it is exceptionally unlikely that one month will be enough time for you to prepare for the exam.

A month is pretty enough to pass IELTs AS LONG AS your English proficiency is greatly enough to sit the test and all you need is to practice its testing modes. However, if your English proficiency is far from the standard to pass the test, it would be hard to answer how many years you might pass the test and certainly it has to be related to the level you wish to pass and your underlying English proficiency. Good luck to you.

Wow, that's a difficult one to answer. It depends on many things. mainly though, how much time you have to spend preparing for it and the quality of the teaching you are getting. Try to do as many practice exams as you can and live, breathe and sleep English. Don't rush it...you need to feel confident when you take the exam.
