How to describe birthday gift in English?
I want to say something which is a gift, is the sentence below correct or not?
I’m going to talk about the book my mum bought me for my 10-year-old birthday.
It's very close!
'I'm going to talk about the book my mum bought me for my 'tenth' birthday.'
Hope that helps,
Andrew

We would say "...my tenth birthday...". 10-year-old is an adjective used to describe something that has existed for ten years.
The rest of the sentence is good. :)
