Business agreement I'm writing a business agreement, I have some doubts regarding the following parts, if they are correct, make sense and flow well: 1) Both parties have the right to terminate this agreement without giving any grounds but with at least 2 weeks notice and with the obbligation, from both parties, to end the current month which the agreement is terminated in. 2) 6) COMPANY will pay the first due amount after one week of work, on the 13th of February, 2017, after receiving invoice from the professional, payment will be made by bank transfer at invoice sight, cost of the transfer at COMPANY’s expense. Then, payment will be made every month, on the first working day of the following month (for instance March payment will be made on the 3rd of April) always by bank transfer at invoice sight.
