What does the following sentence mean? I'm reading a book about how to hold a meeting/party...with other people, but i saw a confusing sentence: "The easiest way to make a party more romantic, however, has nothing to do with where to go and everything to do with when to go" What does the sentence mean, especially the expression "has nothing to do with where to go and everything to do with when to go"
