"Being punished for no reason" sounds natural, as perhaps does "punishment for no reason". Personally, I'd go for "undeserved punishment" or (more personal) "a punishment I didn't deserve." I guess there are other variants where you could work "crime" and "innocent" in there, e.g. "innocent of the crime for which I was being punished" but that's getting more baroque than necessary. And you know what they say: if it ain't baroque, don't fix it. :)
