[grammar questions] The New Yorker
I'd like to take my English to the next level that's why I read "The New Yorker" from time to time.
I'd like to know more about the grammar structure included in the sentence below:
"Last Monday, according to the Times, President Donald Trump, meeting in the White House with congressional leaders, told a story about voting fraud that he had supposedly heard from Bernhard Langer, the German professional golfer.(Langer soon issued a statement repudiating Trump's account.)
Could somebody give me the name of this structure? I mean this part: "meeting in the White House with congressional leaders". I'd love to know more about.
