Hello , this is about leadership. Pls reviews the mistakes, thank you very much ! 1. In regards to figure 3.1, I think that as a top leader technology skills is less important than other skills. As a TOP leader, what he/she has to do it to make Corporate Strategy, rather than to solve a specific technical problems. For example, I was working in a bank, the top leaders decision the loans rates, risk control policies etc. and as general staff members, the most important thing is to use their skills to achieve those goals or policies. And, as a team, the most important thing is top leaders how to use management to lead the team.In my company there is a problem, leaders with excellent knowledge of the business level, he/she can handle their own ability to do a variety of things, but maybe ignore the team work. So as top leader Should to develop and motivate members, so that the members of the team can work in a positive atmosphere.

首先,個人建議以後可把此等寫作貼於「作文簿」上,這樣修改者可用不同的字體顏色或風格進行修改,好讓您更容易看出當中的錯漏。至於文章,個人愚見如下: 1. In regards to figure 3.1, I think that as a top leader, technology skills is less important than other skills. As a TOP leader, what he/she [for nowadays English, one may simply use "they" to refer to a typical person without worrying about the gender, i.e., what "they" have to...] has to do is to define a Corporate Strategy, rather than to solve a specific technical problems. For example, I was working in a bank, the top leaders decide the loans rates, risk control policies, etc., while the general staff members apply their skills to achieve those goals or policies. In addition, as a team, the most important thing is how the top leaders apply their management skills to lead the team. For instance, in my company, there is a problem: all leaders are with excellent knowledge of the business level, he/she [they] can handle their own ability to do a variety of things, but sometimes they ignore the team work. Hence, as a top leader, they should initiate and motivate members positively, so that all members of the team work in a positive (and motivated) atmosphere. === I wish you a good day./祝 是日安好。
