I would say with at first. Then on the second or third view without.

Depends on your level. 
If you understand 80%+ of what is said, turn on subtitles only to catch the few words you don't understand/can't hear properly.
If you miss more that 20% of what is said, keep the subtitles on, and in time, make an effort to not look at them.
