How to explain two sides of the same coin exactly? I always interpret 'two sides of the same coin' as everything has two sides, the bad side and the good side. But the problem is that this explanation seems doesn't work sometimes. For example, how to understand this sentence? "Tackling youth unemployment in the developing countries and addressing it in the developed nations are two sides of the same coin"

Hi! Two sides of one coin is two things that different but closely related features of one idea. For example: Rewards and punishments are two sides of the same coin – both are used to control people and neither works very well. I hope it helps :)
