Let's meet ON Monday night.... PST time, PST = Pacific Standard Time. By saying PST time you are actually saying Pacific Standard Time time, which is incorrect. I think it would be easier for the reader if you gave an example of the time... Let's meet on Monday night. Say, 19:00 PST which is 11:00 Tuesday in Beijing.

So, first, if it's Monday night in Los Angeles, it's Tuesday afternoon in Beijing; but that's not really what you were asking. Second, when trying to set up meetings across multiple time zones, it's probably better to use actual times. For example: "Let's meet Monday 9PM PDT/Tuesday 1PM Beijing Time" Third, for that sentence try: Let's meet on Monday night Pacific, which is Tuesday morning in Beijing.
