'〜する予定です' and '〜するつもりです' are actually the same meaning, which usually implies 'I'm planning to do something wheather or not I am sure to do it.' It's a plan and about future, so you don't have to be sure about it. If you are 100% sure, you are gonna say '〜します'('I will do it!' )right?
