Which one is correct? I'm so confused and don't know when to drop *to* and when to add it 1- It depends on whom you are showing the clip. 2- It depends on whom you are showing the clip to.

You cannot leave out the preposition "to". You can also put "to" in front of "whom". By the way, it is also quite natural to use "who" in this sentence rather than "whom"
