what is differences between "check" and "check over" check check over and besides, is there any difference when you say a verb with “over” following it?like emotional or tone difference Thank you :)

For me, "check" is something simple and quick - check that the door is locked, for example. "Check over" is more involved. If you receive a new item in the post and have to make sure that everything is ok, you would look at the packaging, make sure it's not damaged, assess the correct functionality, etc etc etc. This is all part of "checking it over".
